In a slow-heating pan, add ½ cup milk and let it boil for a few seconds then add cold or leftover mashed potatoes in it. Right after adding potatoes, whisk it vigorously as it may stick to the bottom of the pan even if you are using nonstick. As the potatoes start to mix well with milk and show a creamy texture adjust the taste with salt and pepper. As it starts to dry out then sprinkle fresh parsley and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.

2. In Oven

Preheat the oven to 180C and in a baking dish add a big cube of butter and keep it in the oven for 5 minutes to melt. Then add warm milk in mashed potatoes. Season with salt and peppers and give it a good mix. Add the potatoes to the baking dish and give it a good fold with butter. Reheat at 220˚C for 30 minutes. Cover the dish with Aluminum foil to make it creamy and smooth in texture. After 30 minutes, take it out and sprinkle it with freshly chopped parsley or chives.

3. Air Fryer

In a bowl, add melted butter, warm milk and mashed potatoes and give it a good mix and shift into Air fryer pan. Place the pan in preheated air fryer basket and air fry for 15 to 20 minutes.
