I think it would be really useful to us, and to all players, if we had a thread, a quick cheat sheet, of when all the different servers have their set days and times for 95 Elder Runs, Crafting Parties, and Rift Runs. (This would help us with live data tests, as well as getting fun video footage of all the goings ons around the community!)
So I am hoping you can help me out with this! If some of you could please post your known dates/times, I will update this post with them, then everyone can always check at a glance when weekly scheduled activities are taking place on each server.

- US3: 10 AM EST Legends (public run/M - F), 7 PM EST Overraided (invite only run / daily), 8 PM EST Legends Server Elders (every MONDAY) 8:30 PM EST Overraided (invite only run/daily), 11:30 PM Raiders (public run / daily) Void also runs at 6 pm est and sometimes at 6:30 pm est but I am unsure of their requirements.

Crafting party; Saturday 7 pm est (another one 1 pm est sometimes ) ,Sunday 4 pm est, Tuesday 7 pm est (sometime), Thursday 7 pm est (sometimes)

The legends run in the morning is monday through friday at 10 am est. there is no 9 am run

Crafting party every other Wednesday, today we had one, so again in 2 weeks etc. 14:00 AT in Marigold (15AT when we change time again in October). Also every first Friday of the month, 18:00 AT in Summer's Hollow (19AT after next time change).
Next CE is Wednesday, 1st of May, 14:00 AT in Marigold, then Friday 4th, 18:00 AT in Summer's Hollow.Rift and elder runs are rotated each day, today is rift, 19:00 AT, tomorrow elders 19:00 AT and so on.
Soo lucky, us3 only have 2 rift weekly sometime the Friday one is a hit or miss

As I’m sure you are aware by now im somewhat responsible for the big combat runs on EU1. basically we run at the same time every day 19:00A.T which moves to 20:00A.T when daylight savings comes back around (wont be changing till October)
the run alternates between 95 elders and rift. today is rift, tomorrow is 95 elders.
its rare but I sometimes don’t Run and others take my place hosting (sometimes at my behest other times just because they want to keep the runes going just like I do) normally I only cancel for 3 reasons:-
- When a large update comes down with lots of new content (EZ first day, raid season start) so people don’t have to split there focus.
- when I can’t get out of something irl. still human, still have obligations occasionally but I try my best to keep this to a minimum.
- if asked to by a mod, dev or member of the event committee (this has only happened once with the recent “deadly i dos” event we just had but if they ever need it I will cancel.
thats about it. On a personal note if I do have to cancel I try my best to let everyone know as soon as I do as I believe communication is the key to organising successful group activities.

US2 has regular 95 elder runs twice a day. Currently one starts at 10:00 am EST and the other 10:00 pm EST. When the time changes in October the 10AM run changes to 9AM EST. The 10:00 pm run stays the same.
US2 regular Crafting parties are every other weekend, Saturday 1:00 pm EST and Sunday 9:00 pm EST. This weekend is the next Crafting weekend.

Elder runs:
Server Elder Hunt, Mondays at 7 PM – All levels of elders by request in world chat, followed by 95s.
Open 95s at 10 AM on weekdays
Open 95s at 11:30 PM daily
Open 95s at 6PM daily with a possible second and sometimes 3rd run depending on interest.
Rift Runs:
Sunday 12:15 AM
Crafting Parties
Saturday at 7 PM: Legends Craft Party
Miscellaneous Activities
Wednesday at 8 PM, either Poetry Night, Stories on the Strand, Ardent Orphans’ Auction, or Headlines on a Boat -- occasionally Hide and Seek (popup).

I’m going to echo this, but for all servers. The V&H Discord has a very robust event management bot that is professionally developed, fully configurable, and easy to use. Go into any event channel and type /event to add an event. You can review existing events and sign up for reminders if you want. Each event channel also has instructions for contacting event committee members.
These server channels are available to players and devs.
